摘要: 无论在医学领域还是在食品安全领域小分子化合物的识别与检测已成为目前研究的热点和难点,抗体在识别小分子化合物上还存在许多不足,SELEX技术与Anticalin制备技术的出现为小分子化合物识别带来了希望,本文主要介绍了SELEX技术与Anticalin制备技术的原理特点及其研究进展与应用。

Abstract: Now it is focus and nodus that identify and detection of mall molecules compound in the medicine and food safety field. Antibody show deficiency in detection of mall molecules compound, it is hope that the technique appearance of SELEX and Anticalin. The recent advances in the SELEX and Anticalin technique are reviewed.
