冰核活性细菌中冰核活性蛋白质的分离与纯化的研究

摘要: 解决生物冰核应用中的安全问题,从产冰核活性的细菌中分离纯化天然冰核活性蛋白质是一条重要途径,对其应用具有重要价值。本研究以冰核活性细菌(Erwinia herbicola 10025A)为实验菌种,经培养获得高浓度发酵液,离心处理后,采用超声波破碎、凝胶层析的方法,分离纯化得到了Erwiniaherbicola10025A的I型冰核活性蛋白质。该蛋白质经SDS-PAGE的分析鉴定,证实了该冰核活性蛋白质的分子量为150kD左右。

Abstract: The reason that ice-nucleation active bacteria (INA) have ice nucleation active is the existence of ice-nucleation active proteins (INPs). It is difficult to purify the natural INPs. Erwinia herbicola 10025A was used in this research. Ice-nucleation active proteins of the 10025A can be acquired by ultrasonic treatment and gel filtration. Polymer molecular mass is approximately 150 kD according to SDS-PAGE.
