长白山笃斯越桔黄酮类化合物含量测定的方法研究

摘要: 本实验主要研究了铝盐显色可见分光光度法测定长白山笃斯越桔中黄酮类化合物含量的方法,经过方法学验证得知其具有线性关系良好、精密度高、重现性好、稳定性可靠、回收率高等特点,能够作为笃斯越桔黄酮类化合物的含量的快速测定的方法,可以满足后期研究笃斯越桔中黄酮类化合物的提取、纯化工艺等研究内容的工作需要;同时在研究中获得了芦丁标准工作曲线回归方程为A=0.01421×C+0.00014,相关系数R=0.99902。

Abstract: Aluminium salt spectrophotometry method was used to draw the standard curve of flavonoids. Through this method, the linear relationship was good, the precision was high, the reproducibility was good, the stability was reliable, the recovery rate was high, this method was very proper for the determination of the content of flavonoids. The regression equation of standard curve was: A=0.01421C+0.00014, the coefficient correlation(R) was 0.99902.
