可溶性低聚壳聚糖的制备与抗菌性能研究

摘要: 碱法提取壳聚糖,产品得率为5.28%,脱乙酰度81.7%,特性粘度10.550,分子量54.42×104;用H2O2氧化降解壳聚糖,获得分子量分别为32.3×104、6.7×104、0.496×104的样品;抗菌实验表明随着低聚壳聚糖分子量和浓度的增大,对金黄色葡萄球菌、短小芽孢杆菌等阳性菌的抗性作用增强。

Abstract: Chitosan was prepared by alkali treatment. Its yield was 5.28%, degree of deacetylation 81.7%, intrinsic viscosity was 10.550 and molecular weight 54.42×104. Chitosan degradated by H2O2 oxidation time to form respectively different molecular weights 32.3×104, 6.7×104 and 0.496×104. Its antimicrobial activity for St.aureus, Bacillus pumilus strengthens with the increase of its MW(molecular weight) and concentration.
