樟树叶棕黑色色素提取工艺的研究

摘要: 利用正交试验设计和Duncan法检验,确立了樟树叶棕黑色色素的最佳提取条件及其提取率。结果表明,用1∶150(g/ml)的pH13.0 NaOH溶液,在100℃恒温浸提45min,提取效率较好;该法提取率为72.2%。

Abstract: The optimum extraction conditions and production rate of Cinnmonum camphora dark red pigment were established with orthogonal test L9(34)and Duncan method.The results of the experiment showed that the optimum extracting conditions are pH13.0 NaOH solution at 100℃for 45min with the solid-liquid ratio 1:150(g/ml).The productivity is 72.2%.
