穿心莲内酯超临界CO2萃取结晶夹带剂的选择

摘要: 选择穿心莲内酯中间体为原料,采用超临界CO2萃取结晶法,比较研究了乙醇、丙酮与乙酸乙酯三种夹带剂对超临界CO2萃取结晶穿心莲内酯的结晶率、纯度和晶型的影响。结果表明:在提高纯度上乙酸乙酯最好,在提高结晶率上乙醇最好,在控制晶型上丙酮最好。

Abstract: With the new technique of supercritical carbon dioxide extraction and crystallization, Andrographolide intermediate was used to investigate the effects of ethanol, acetone and ethyl acetate on the crystallization ratio, purity and crystal configuration on Andrographolide extraction and crystallization. The purity of Andrographolide cooperated with ethyl acetate is the best, the crystallization ratio of Andrographolide cooperated with ethanol, the morphology on Andrographolide cooperated with acetone is the best.
