产纤溶酶霉菌的筛选及诱变

摘要: 本研究从我国传统发酵豆制品中筛选具有纤溶酶活性的霉菌三株,用PDA培养后进行分离纯化,并对纯化的菌种进行诱变、复筛和发酵培养。通过菌种特征、形态以及制片镜检对菌种进行初步鉴定,其中两株可以鉴定为根霉或毛霉,一株为枯青霉(Penicillium curinum Thom)。对其鉴定后的菌株进行紫外线诱变和紫外线-氯化锂复合诱变处理,纤溶酶活性由68、56和72U/g分别提高到488、416和660U/g。

Abstract: Three plasmin activity mold strains screened from traditional fermentation bean products. A mutant was obtained by isolation, purification and induced mutation. The results showed that two strains are determined as head molds or mucors while one strain is dry blue mold(Penicillium curinum Thom). Through initial determination on strain characteristics and microscope shape test, the plasmin activity is improved from 68 U/g, 56 U/g, 72U/g to 488 U/g, 416 U/g, 660 U/g respectively with ultraviolet mutation and ultraviolet- lithium chloride combination mutagenization.
