摘要: 本文以食品安全目标(FSO)对我国食品安全体系的影响为切入点,分别从概念层次和应用层次对FSO理论进行了全面而深入地研究,并论述FSO在食品安全控制体系中的重要地位和作用,以期能为我国食品工业的发展和食品安全控制体系的进一步完善提供一定的理论依据。

关键词: 食品安全目标, 食品安全控制体系, 概念层次, 应用层次

Abstract: This paper reviewed on the effects of Food Safety Objectives (FSO) theory used in the food safety system. The author generally introduced FSO theory from both concept level and application level. Moreover, this paper summarized theimportant status and role of FSO in the food safety control system, and was expected to offer a theoretical gist for the further development of Chinese food industry and the improvement of food safety control system.
