槲寄生生物碱的系统分离及抑菌活性初探

摘要: 用超声辅助萃取技术从槲寄生中提取总生物碱,经系统分离获得酚性弱碱性生物碱、非酚性弱碱性生物碱、酚性叔胺生物碱、非酚性叔胺生物碱、水溶性生物碱等五种生物碱组分,并测试了各生物碱组分的抑菌活性。结果表明:五种槲寄生生物碱组分对金色葡萄球菌的抑菌作用不明显,对大肠杆菌的抑菌作用明显,其中非酚性叔胺性生物碱最强。

Abstract: The total alkaloids were ultrasonic-assistedly extracted from Viscum coloratum (Kom.) Nakai., and were systematically separated into five constituent groups namely phenol weak alkaloids, non-phenol weak alkaloids, phenol tertiary amine alkaloids, non-phenol tertiary amine alkaloids, and lipid alkaloids. Then, their antimicrobial activities were assayed. The results showed that five mistletoe alkaloids groups all have antimicrobial on the E.coli, but no-obvious activity on the Staphylococcus aureus.
