维生素E乙酸酯醇解工艺的研究

摘要: 本实验研究了VE乙酸酯的醇解工艺条件,主要对VE乙酸酯醇解工艺参数,如醇酯质量比、反应温度、反应时间、催化剂用量等做了探讨,用正交法确定了最佳的工艺参数。最佳工艺为:醇酯质量比2:1,反应温度65℃,反应时间2h,催化剂NaOH用量为VE乙酸酯质量的1.1%,醇解程度达到99.7%。

Abstract: The alcoholysis technique of VE acetatewas investigated in this research.Some key technique parameters such as alcohol-ester weight ratio,reaction temperature,reaction time and dosage of catalyst etc were discussed and analyzed.The optimum parameters for the alcoholysis were determined by orthogonal method.Results showed as follows:65 ℃,2 h,alcohol-ester weight ratio 2:1,and 1.1% NaOH(the weight of VE acetate)as catalyst.On these conditions,the alcoholysis rade of VE acetate exceeded 99.7%.
