空心莲子草不同提取物抑菌作用及有效成分分析

摘要: 目的:研究空心莲子草不同提取物的防腐作用及其功效成分。方法:首先进行空心莲子草不同提取物的制备,采用OD值法进行防腐作用研究,同时对空心莲子草不同提取物的主要成分进行测定,然后采用聚类和偏相关分析对空心莲子草不同提取物的防腐和成分之间的关系进行分析。结果:空心莲子草的乙酸乙酯提取物不同于其他提取物,防腐作用较好,对空心莲子草防腐作用影响最显著的成分是黄烷醇类、类黄酮和皂甙类。结论:空心莲子草繁殖力大,产量高,有作为防腐物质开发的价值。

Abstract: Objective:The antisepsis effects of different extract of APG were probed,as well as its chemical components.Method:Different extracts of APG were prepared firstly,and the antisepsis effect was studied with OD value.At the same time,the chemical components of different extracts were determined.Results:The ethylactate extract was different from the others by the clustering analysis,and its antisepsis effect was optimal.The polyphenols of the flavonol compounds and the saponin had prominent influence on the antisepsis,and the significance was 0.003 and 0.037 respectivly.Conclusion:The APG has excellent potential as the antisepsis substance.
