辐照含脂食品中2-十二烷基环丁酮气相色谱-质谱测定方法研究

摘要: 通过对辐照含脂食品分析方法研究,分析了辐照含脂食品中2-十二烷基环丁酮气相色谱-质谱(GC-MS)测定法的原理和方法步骤。并对该方法的仪器条件的选择、标样稳定性、方法检出限、精密度、回收率及不同辐照剂量和辐照含脂食品存储期对测定结果的影响等方面均做了研究。结果表明,该法精密度变异系数小于2.6,绝对差值小于14%,加标回收率为84.0%~113.0%,线性范围为0.01~0.5μg/ml,回归系数为0.9996,方法检出限为10μg/kg。

Abstract: In this study,the theory and method of detecting 2-dodecylcyclobutanone with GC-MS in irradiated foods containing fat were introduced in detail. The choice of detection method,the stability of reference material,detection limit,precision and method recovery were studied particularly. The effect of storage duration and irradiated dose on the concentration of 2-dodecylcyclobutanone were also investigated. The results showed that the veriety coeffcient of precise is less than 2.6,with the absolute difference of less than 14%,the spikede recovery ranges from 84.0% to 113.0%,the linear range id between 0.01 and 0.5μg/ml,the regression coefficient is 0.9996,and the detection ilmit is 10μg/kg.
