双歧杆菌BBMN01对小鼠肠道菌群的影响

摘要: 本实验研究双歧杆菌菌株BBMN01对小鼠肠道菌群的影响。实验动物灌胃108CFU/ml双歧杆菌BBMN01活菌液0.2ml,以小鼠粪便中的双歧杆菌、乳杆菌、肠杆菌、肠球菌、产气荚膜梭菌数量为检测指标,研究给予样品后不同时间内小鼠肠道菌群的变化。结果表明,小鼠连续灌胃双歧杆菌BBMN01菌液14d,对肠道微生物菌群有一定的调节作用,灌胃结束7d后,各指标菌数量回复到灌胃前水平。

Abstract: The effect of Bifidobacterium BBMN01 on the mouse intestinal microflora, with 108 CFU/ml in the skim milk, was observed by detecting the amounts of Bifidobacterium spp., Lactobacillus spp., Enterobacilli, Enterococcus and Clostridium perfringens in the feces of mice. The results showed that the effect on the intestinal flora, after administrating 14 days, is significant. But the counts of the five kinds of bacteria returned to the baseline value 7 days after the end of administration.
