高效液相色谱-电喷雾离子阱质谱测定乳品中氯霉素、甲砜霉素和氟甲砜霉素残留的研究

摘要: 本实验建立了乳制品中氯霉素、甲砜霉素和氟甲砜霉素残留的高效液相色谱-电喷雾离子阱质谱联用测定方法。该方法采用多反应监测负离子模式,可一次对氯霉素、甲砜霉素和氟甲砜霉素进行定性和定量。该方法的检出限0.3~1.0μg/L,测定低限牛奶0.3~1.1μg/L,乳粉为3.0~11.0μg/kg,线性范围1.0~30.0μg/L,加标回收率77.9%~96.6%,相对标准偏差为7.7%~14.0%。该法具有样品预处理简单,灵敏度高,分析时间短等优点。

Abstract: This study developed a LC-ESI-TRAP-MS method for eht respective determination of chloramphenicol, thiamphenicol and florfenicol in milk products.The mass-spectrometer was operated in the negative ion mode with multiple reaction monitoring. chloramphenicol, thiamphenicol and florfenicol could be qualitatively and quantitatively determined respectively with this method at the same time. The limit of detection is 0.3μg/L and 1.0μg/L, and the limit of quantitation is respectively 0.3~ 1.1 μg/L in milk and 3.0~11.0μg/kg in powdered milk. The linear plots were obtained between 1.0μg/L and 30.0 μg/ L.Overall recoveries were between 77.9 % and 96.6 %, and RSD value were 7.7 % and 14.0 %. The advantages of this method are as follows: simplified operation, shorter operation time, and higher sensitive.
