摘要: 建立了测定北冬虫夏草子实体中虫草素的高效液相色谱法。使用EclipseXDBC18(4.6mm×150mm,5μm)色谱柱,以水:甲醇:甲酸(95:4:1)为流动相,流速为0.8ml/min,25℃下检测。检测波长为260nm。结果表明:虫草素的平均回收率为100.8%,RSD值1.88%。此方法简单、可靠。

Abstract: Determination of cordycepin in cultured Cordyceps sinensis by HPLC-DAD was showed. Eclipse XDB C18 column (4.6 mm×150 mm, 5μm) was used with water: ethanol: formic acid (95:4:1, V/V/V) as mobile phase and ultraviolet detection wavelength was 260 nm. The results showed that the average recovery of cordycepin is 100.8%, with RSD 1.88%. This method is simple and reliable.
