摘要: 介绍了VC磷酸酯钠在食品添加剂中的应用情况,并采用基团保护法以VC和POCl3为原料合成VC磷酸酯钠。采用高效液相色谱法对VC磷酸酯钠进行了定量分析。

Abstract: As a new type food additive, sodium L-ascorbic acid-2-phosphate (APS) was synthesized by group protection method with vitamin C and POCl3 in this study, and the quantitative analysis of APS by HPLC was carried out.
