摘要: 综述近年来电学特性在果蔬病虫害防治、介电加热、干燥及品质检测等方面的研究和应用进展,并指出目前科研生产中存在的问题和应用前景。

Abstract: This paper reviews the recent progress in research and applications in disease and insect control, dielectric heating, drying and quality evaluation of electrical properties of fruits and vegetables. Besides, current problems in research and applications and future prospects are discussed.
