亚麻籽胶为壁材制备亚麻油微胶囊研究

Study on preparation of flaxseed oil microcapsule using flaxseed gum as wall material

摘要: 选用亚麻籽胶为壁材,采用喷雾干燥法,对亚麻油进行微胶囊化。以微胶囊化效率和含油率为考察指标,考察了制备亚麻油微胶囊的影响因素。结果表明,最佳喷雾干燥工艺条件:进风温度为170℃,出风温度为70℃,雾化器转速24000r/min,进料速度为50.41mL/min。在此工艺条件下亚麻油的微胶囊化效率为95.32%,含油率为59.48%。

Abstract: Flaxseed oil was microencapsulated with the spray drying method using flaxseed gum as wall material. The effect factors of preparing flaxseed oil microcapsule had been investigated in detail according to microencapsulation efficiency and the ratio of oil content. The results showed that the optimal spray drying processing conditions were determined as follows, the air temperature at the inlet was 170 ℃, and at the exit was 70 ℃, the rotating speed of centrifugal atomizer was 24000r/min, and liquid feed rate was 50.41mL/min. The content of microencapsulation efficiency was 95.32% and the ratio of oil content was 59.48%.
