响应面法优化芦蒿叶总黄酮的提取工艺

Study on Extraction Technology of total flavonoids from the Artemisia selengensis Turcz by Response Surface Method

摘要: 以芦蒿叶为原料提取黄酮类物质。在单因素试验的基础上,采用响应曲面法研究乙醇浓度、提取温度、料液比和提取时间对芦蒿叶总黄酮得率的影响,并建立该工艺的二次多项式模型。结果表明,回归模型具有高度显著性,可以对芦蒿叶总黄酮得率进行很好的分析和预测;芦蒿叶总黄酮得率的影响顺序依次为提取时间>乙醇浓度>料液比>提取温度;有机溶剂回流提取芦蒿叶总黄酮的最佳工艺条件为乙醇浓度为70%,提取温度为80℃,料液比为1:100,提取时间为180min,在此条件下总黄酮得率为6.58%。

Abstract: Studies were made on extracting total flavonoids from Artemisia selengensis Turcz in this paper. Based on singer factor test, response surface method was used to study effects of extraction temperature, ethanol concentration, solid-liquid ratio and extraction time on extraction rate of total flavonoids from Artemisia selengensis Turcz, and a second order quadratic equation for total flavonoids extraction was finally obtained. The results showed that the model was of great difference, and total flavonoids from Artemisia selengensis Turcz was analyzed and predicted by the model. factors influencing the extraction of total flavonoids from the Artemisia selengensis Turcz by the water bath method were in the order as follows: extraction time>ethanol concentration>solid/liquid ratio(g/mL)>extraction temperature. the optimum extraction conditions of total flavonoids from Artemisia selengensis Turcz were ethanol concentration 70%, extraction temperature 80℃, solid/liquid ratio(g/mL) 1:100, extraction time 180 minutes, the extraction rate of total flavonoids from Artemisia selengensis Turcz was 6.58% under the optimal conditions.
