膳食因素防治阿尔兹海默症的研究进展

摘要:

随着世界人口老龄化的日益严重,阿尔茨海默症已成为危害老年人健康的重大疾病之一。目前,与生活方式相关的因素如膳食营养、运动在阿尔茨海默症的预防和治疗上引起了人们的广泛关注,大量体内外实验表明,膳食营养干预在防治阿尔茨海默症方面具有重要的意义。本文主要从植物多酚、维生素、脂肪酸及饮食结构等方面综述近年来膳食因素在该疾病防治中的研究进展情况。

Abstract:

Alzheimer’s disease (AD) is one of the most serious threats to human health, especially in aged societies. At present, lifestyle-related factors such as diet and exercise on the prevention and treatment of AD have received increasing attention. A number of in vivo and in vitro studies have shown that dietary intervention possesses an important role in the onset of human AD. In this paper, the recent findings regarding nutrition, including plant polyphenols, vitamins, fatty acids and diet structure, as the possible prevention effect on AD, were discussed.
