双歧杆菌BBMN01体内免疫刺激功能研究

Research on in vivo Immunostimulation Function of Bifidobacterium Strain BBMN01

摘要: 通过动物实验研究了从长寿老人肠道分离出的一株双歧杆菌BBMN01的免疫刺激功能。将活菌以不同剂量给小鼠灌胃3周后,通过迟发型变态(DTH)反应,腹腔巨噬细胞吞噬鸡红细胞的能力,半数溶血值(HC50),以及乳酸脱氢酶(LDH)实验来验证活菌对小鼠细胞免疫功能、体液免疫功能、单核-巨噬细胞吞噬功能以及自然杀伤细胞活性的促进作用。与对照组比较,双歧杆菌各剂量组均能提高小鼠淋巴细胞转化能力、小鼠巨噬细胞吞噬能力和小鼠NK细胞活性,中、高剂量双歧杆菌组能提高小鼠的半数溶血值。表明双歧杆菌BBMN01对动物体具有免疫刺激功能。

Abstract: The in vivo immunostimulation function of Bifidobacterium BBMN01 from macrobian were studied in this paper. Mice in the treatment group were perfused by the living bacteria BBMN01in different dose continuously for 3 weeks. The tests for delayed type hypersensitivity(DTH), the peritoneal macrophage phago-function for chicken red blood cells, total hemolytic complement (HC50), and lactic acid dehydrogenase(LDH ) were taken to demonstrated the effect of BBMN01 living bacteria on cell-mediated immune function, humoral immune function, macrophage phagocytosis function and natural killer cell’s activity of mice. In comparison with control group, the lymphocyte trasformation rate, phagocytosis of macrophage and the NK cell’s activity significantly increased in all those treatment group, and the HC50 value of the mice significantly increased in high and medium dose group.
