摘要: 研究了5种啤酒生产中常用的微生物检验培养基的检出效果。结果显示,LMDA李氏多级选择性培养基的检出效果是最好的。比较了啤酒生产中分离的污染菌的模拟污染检出效果,弄验证了LMDA培养基的检出效果。

Abstract: Effects of five different media on examining beer spoilage bacteria were carried out.It was showed that LMDA medium is optimum.The growth of three familiar beer spoilage bacteria in the five culture media was compared.Meanwhile the effect of LMDA was validated.
