摘要: 本研究介绍了一种简便实用的液液萃取样品前处理技术,无需经过固相萃取柱即可富集纯化样品,在质谱仪上可达到与固相萃取相同的检测效果,能很好地检测氯霉素残留量,不产生干扰,使样品前处理的成本大幅度降低。

Abstract: In this study,a convenient liquid-liquid extraction method for sample preparation was introduced,which can enrich and purify chloramphenicol in royal jelly to a similar level compared to sample treated by solid phase extraction(SPE).This method showed no interference on the determination of chloramphenicol,and it greatly reduced the cost of sample preparation.
