纸色谱萃取分光光度法测定γ-氨基丁酸的研究

摘要: 对γ-氨基丁酸的定量方法(纸色谱萃取分光光度法和高效液相色谱法)进行了初步研究。分析研究了纸色谱萃取分光光度法测定γ-氨基丁酸的最佳实验条件,结果表明该方法最低检测浓度为0.0176g/L,线性测量范围为0.3~10g/L,平均回收率为99.04%,平均相对标准偏差为2.376%。与高效液相色谱法相比,纸色谱萃取分光光度法具有良好的相关性和较高的准确性和精密度,是一种简单、有效和费用低廉的方法。

Abstract: An efficient and sensitive analysis of γ-aminobutyric acid (GABA) was described. The results showed that the minimum detection limit was 0.0176g/L. The standard curve for GABA showed good linearity over the concentration range of 0.3~10g/L. It indicated that the average recovery is 99.04% with a relative standard deviation of 2.376%. The method is sensitive, convenient and accurate, meeting the practical requirement.
