微波辅助提取绞股蓝多糖的工艺研究

摘要: 采用单因素试验和正交试验,进行了微波辅助提取绞股蓝多糖的研究,得到了微波辅助提绞股蓝多糖的最佳工艺条件:料液比为1:20,微波功率为400W,微波处理时间为12min,浸提时间为50min。在此工艺条件下,多糖提取率为3.37%。与热水提取法进行比较,微波辅助提取能缩短提取时间,提高绞股蓝多糖提取率。

Abstract: Microwave-assisted extraction of Gynostemma pentaphyllum polysaccharides was studied by using single factor test and orthogonal test methods. It is concluded that the optimal conditions of extraction are microwave treatment for 12 min at powreof 400 W after being extracted for 50 min, the ratio of material to water 1:20. Under these conditions, the yield of polysaccharides is 3.37%. Compared with directheating extraction, MAE (microwave assisted entraction) can shorten the extraction time and improve yield of Gynostemma pentaphyllum polysaccharides.
