高效液相色谱法分析三氯蔗糖的含量

摘要: 目的:建立三氯蔗糖高效液相色谱测定方法。方法:采用DIKMAC18色谱柱(200mm×4.6mmi.d.5μm),流动相为甲醇-水(体积比为65:35),流速1.0ml/min,示差折光检测器,柱温40℃。结果:三氯蔗糖质量浓度在1.5~2000mg/L范围内与峰面积呈良好的线性关系,平均回收率为99.65%,相对标准偏差(RSD)为0.15%。结论:方法简便快速,操作稳定,经济环保,适用于三氯蔗糖的分析。

Abstract: Objective: A high performance liquid chromatographic method was developed to determine sucralose. Method: The column of DIKMA C18 (250 mm × 4.6 mm i.d. 5 μm) and a mobile phase of methanol-water (65:35, V/V) at a flow rate of 1.0 ml/min and column temperature 40 ℃ with refractive index detector were adopeted. Results: The method is proved to be linear in the range of sucralose from 1.5~2000 mg/L. The recovery is 99.65%. The relative standard deviation (RSD) is 0.15%. Conclusion: The method is simple, fast and stable. It is suitable for quantitative analysis for sucralose production process.
