新显色剂3-噻唑偶氮-5-氨基苯酚与铜(Ⅱ)显色反应的研究与应用

摘要: 研究了铜(Ⅱ)与3-噻唑偶氮-5-氨基苯酚(3-TAP)的显色反应,在十六烷基三甲基溴化铵(CTMAB)存在下,pH6.5的clark-lubs缓冲溶液中3-TAP与铜反应,生成1:1稳定络合物,λmax=546nm,ε546=3.45×104L/mol·cm铜含量在 0~2.8μg/ml内符合比耳定律,该方法用于食品中铜的测定,结果满意。

Abstract: Colour reaction of Cu2+ with 3-thiazodyzo -5-amino phenol(3-TAP) was studied. In cetyltrimethylam moniumbromide (CTMAB)medium and pH6.5 buffer solution of clark-lubs 3-TAP could react with copper(Ⅱ) to form a stable 1:1 complex. The molar absorptivity was 3.45×104L/mol·cm, at 546nm when beer’s law was obeyed in the range of 0~2.8μg/ml, This method is applied to the determination of copper in foods with satisfactory results.
