苦瓜保健茶降血糖血脂作用研究

摘要: 本研究通过复制高血糖(采用四氧嘧啶尾静脉注射的方法进行模型复制)及高血脂动物模型(采用脂质代谢紊乱法进行模型复制)的方法,来探讨苦瓜保健茶对糖尿病模型小鼠的血糖和高脂血症模型大鼠的血脂是否具有调节作用。试验结果表明,苦瓜保健茶在剂量为1.33g/kgbw时能较明显地降低四氧嘧啶糖尿病小鼠的空腹血糖值,但对高血糖模型小鼠的糖耐量无明显影响,且对正常动物的血糖水平无影响;在1.67、2.01g/kgbw剂量条件下能调节高脂饲料所导致的动物的脂代谢紊乱,控制其血清胆固醇水平的升高,并一定程度地提高其血清高密度脂蛋白水平。因此,苦瓜保健茶在一定剂量条件下能较好地调节高血糖或高血脂动物的血糖和血脂,从而达到机体糖代谢和脂代谢的相对平衡。

Abstract: The purpose of the study is to explore the effects of Health Tea of Balsam pear on the blood sugar and lipid in experimental animal. Diabetic mice model was induced by intravenous injection with 45mg/kg alloxan. Hyperlipidemia rats model was induced by the method of confusing lipid metabolism. The Results showed that: 1 Diabetic mice model and Hyperlipidemia rats model were made successful. 2. The blood sugar in the diabetic mice was obviously reduced at the dosage of 1.33mg/kgbw of Health Tea of Balsam pear. And The blood sugar of the normal mice was not affected. 3 Health Tea of Balsam pear(po 1.67、 2.01g/kgbw) prevented the increase of cholesterol in serum of Hyperlipidemia rats. It also significantly increased HDL-C level in serum of Hyperlipidemia rats. So the conclusion is that Health Tea can improve the blood sugar in diabetic mice and the lipid in serum of Hyperlipidemia rats.
