米邦塔食用仙人掌营养成分分析

摘要: 对米邦塔仙人掌进行了营养成分分析和研究。米邦塔仙人掌含有大量对人体具有药用和保健作用的成分,有广阔的开发前景。与其它植物相比,仙人掌中含有较多的钾、钙等矿物质成分,黄酮类及多糖等物质的含量也较高,有望开发各类功能食品和保健食品。

Abstract: Opuntia Milpa Alta is culturing many years as vegetable, fruit and medicine. The ingredients of Opuntia Milpa Alta including water, ash, crude protein, crude fiber, water soluble sugar, mineral elements, flavonoid and vitamin C were analyzed. The results showed that most valuable ingredients in Opuntia Milpa Alta are good for people’s health, so it has a vast prospect. Compared with other plants, Opuntia Milpa Alta contains such mineral substance composition as more potassium, calcium, etc. In the same time the content of flavonoids and sugars were higher than others. According to these characters, we can use Opuntia Milpa Alta to develop all kinds of functional foods and healthy foods.
