磷脂酶产生菌株的筛选及其性质研究

摘要: 采用卵黄平板法从天津市静海县唐官屯油坊附件土样中分离到22株磷脂酶产生菌株。并通过复筛得到1株磷脂酶产量较高菌株。根据形态观察、生理生化特征分析初步鉴定为蜡状芽孢杆菌(Bacillus cereus)。结果表明:该菌株的最适生长及产酶温度均为30℃,最适生长及产酶pH值分别为8.0和7.0,不耐高渗。菌株所产磷脂酶为高温酶,其最适作用温度为50℃,最适反应时间为20min。

Abstract: 22 Phospholipase-producing strains were isolated from soil near Tangguantun oil mill in Jinghai by the method of egg yolk plate.Among of them,one strain which produced the highest phospholipase was obtained through re-screening.It was identified as Bacillus cereus according to its shape and physiological characteristics.The results showed that its optimum growth temperature and phospholipase-producing temperature are both 30 ℃ and its optimum growth pH value and phospholipase producing pH value are 8.0 and 7.0 respectively.It can not tolerate osmotic pressure,but can tolerate high temperature.Its optimum reaction temperature and time are 50 ℃ and 20min,resperctively.
