植物油和大豆卵磷脂对三孢布拉霉合成β-胡萝卜素的影响

摘要: 考察三孢布拉霉发酵生产β-胡萝卜素过程中,添加植物油和大豆卵磷脂对菌体生长和类胡萝卜素合成的影响。结果表明,植物油对β-胡萝卜素合成作用显著;大豆卵磷脂的添加不仅促进培养基中植物油乳化吸收,并使其他类胡萝卜素向β-胡萝卜素转化,较大幅度提高β-胡萝卜素的积累量。当添加0.4%大豆卵磷脂时,发酵产物中β-胡萝卜素浓度2.86g/L,比对照2.09g/L增加了36.8%。

Abstract: Effects of soybean lecithin and vegetable oil on the β-carotene biosynthesis with Blakeslea trispora and its cell growth were investigated.Results showed that soybean oil and cottonseed oil result in higher production of β-carotene,and soybean lecithin could stimulate the pathway from other carotenes to β-carotene,thus increase the accumulation of β-carotene. When 0.4% soybean lecithin is added,the β-carotene productivity of Blakeslea trispora could reach 2.86 g/L,contrasted with 2.09 g/L of the control without adding soybean lecithin,increased by 36.8%.
