四种蜂花粉中植物甾醇的GC-MS分析

摘要: 采用索氏提取法对油菜花粉、荞麦花粉、野菊花花粉和山楂花粉中的粗脂肪进行提取,然后进行皂化处理,用气相色谱-质谱联用技术进行分离鉴定,测定植物甾醇的相对含量。结果显示油菜和荞麦花粉中植物甾醇种类较多。

Abstract: The crude fat in rape pollen,buckwheat pollen,wild chrysanthemum pollen and hawthorn pollen was extracted with the method of Soxhlet,respectively. After saponification,the extracts were analyzed with GC-MS. Results showed that rape pollen and buckwheat pollen have much more kinds of phytosterol among the four kinds of bee pollen.
