气相色谱法同时测定氢化植物油中六种有机磷农药

摘要: 建立了氢化植物油中有机磷农药的气相色谱测定方法。样品中的有机磷农药,用二氯甲烷-硫酸钠溶液萃取,经净化、浓缩后,用HP-1701毛细管柱、火焰光度检测器进行测定。以保留时间、峰面积进行定性、定量分析。方法检出限为0.01mg/kg,回收率为87.5%~93.3%。

Abstract: This study aimed to set up a method for simultaneous detection of organophosphorus pesticides in hydrogenated vegetable oil with GC.The organophosphorus pesticides in samples were extracted with CH2Cl2-Na2SO4 solution,and after purification and concentration the extracts were detected by using GC with HP-1701 capillary columm and flame photometric detector(FPD). The qualitative and quantitative analyses of these organophosphorus pesticides were conducted according to retention time and peak area.The detection limits of these organophosophosphorus pesticides are 0.01mg/kg and the recoveries are 87.5% to 93.3%.
