摘要: 本文着重介绍了α-葡萄糖苷酶抑制剂的降血糖机理,以及在治疗2型糖尿病中的使用,并详细阐述了目前在食品中发现的各类α-葡萄糖苷酶抑制剂以及其结构组成。

Abstract: Antihyperglycemic mechanism ofα-g1ueosidase inhibitor was mainly explained in this paper.It also introduced how theα-glucosidase inhibitor was used to treat non-insulin dependent diabetes mellitus.Furthermore,there showed someα- glucosidase inhibitor deriving foods.
