南阳彩色小麦面粉中微量铜的快速测定方法研究

Study on Rapid Determination of Trace-copper in Nanyang Color Wheat Flour

摘要: 目的:建立一种快速测定小麦面粉中微量铜的新方法。方法:以南阳彩色小麦和周麦16为材料,在密闭容器中用微波压力快速消解样品,用离子选择性电极浓度直读法快速测定了样品中的铜,对测定条件进行了优化,并与国家颁布标准方法(GB/T5009.13-2003)进行对照测定。结果:加标回收率为86.5%~102.0%,RSD为1.1%~3.1%(n=11),铜的最低检出限为0.0026mg/L,测定的线性范围为0.032~65mg/L,相关系数为0.997,电极的斜率为25.363。结论:用该法与国标方法对照测定样品并进行显著性检验表明,该方法具有直观、简便、灵敏、快速、准确、适于现场进行测定的显著优点,结果令人满意。

Abstract: Objective: To establish a new determination method of trace-copper in Nanyang color wheat. Methods: Selecting Nanyang grey wheat, blue wheat, common violet wheat, viotet hard-wheat and Zhou wheat 16 as the raw materials, copper-selective electrode with direct reading concentration method was adopted. It compared it with the China Standard (GB/T5009.13-2003) for determining trace copper in Nanyang color wheat, after the samples being digested by high- pressure microwave. Results: The recovery is in range 86.5%~102.0% by standard addition method. The relative stan- dard deviations(RSD) is between 1.1%~3.1%(n=11). The lowest detection limit of copper is 0.0026 mg/L. The linear range is 0.032~65 mg/L. Conclusions: This method is found to be direct-reading, quick, simple, sensitive and accurate. The analytical results are satisfactory.
