碎米荠硒多糖的分离纯化及光谱分析

摘要: 本研究利用DEAE-Cellulose-52离子交换层析技术,采用步进式洗脱模式成功地将碎米荠硒多糖粗品进行Sephadex G-200葡聚糖凝胶柱层析,得到四种均一的硒多糖,SDS-PAGE电泳法鉴定其纯度。并采用紫外分光光度计、傅立叶变换红外光谱仪对硒多糖的结构进行了分析。

Abstract: DEAE-Cellulose-52 ion-exchange chromatography was used to separate CUS-SeP. It was successful to obtain four fractions, by the step gradient elution. PE was further purified by SephdexG-200. Electrophoresis was applied to identify the purity of PE, and identified to be electrophoresis grade purity. The structure characteristics of CUS-SeP were analysed with UV and FTIR.
