摘要: 采用化学和仪器分析方法,对不同产地青钱柳叶中黄酮甙、胡萝卜素、维生素E和维生素C的含量进行了测定。结果表明:江西修水和井冈山所产青钱柳叶中黄酮甙的含量分别为6.26mg/g和6.05mg/g;胡萝卜素分别为:2.08mg/100g和3.07mg/100g;维生素E分别为:7.02 mg/100g和7.57 mg/100g;维生素C分别为:3.08mg/100g和3.42mg/100g。
