农产品中麦角生物碱分析方法的研究进展

摘要: 麦角生物碱是一大类复杂的霉菌毒素家族,很长时间以来,都与农业问题及人类疾病相联系,因此快速高效地检测食品及其加工原料中麦角生物碱显得尤为重要。本文综述麦角生物碱的结构特征、样品预处理方法及检测方法,包括比色分析法、薄层色谱分析法、高效液相色谱分析法、酶联免疫分析法、仪器联用分析法、高效毛细管电泳分析法及近红外光谱分析法等,为今后麦角生物碱的进一步研究提供参考。

Abstract: Ergot alkaloids are a large, complex family of mycotoxins, and have a long history associated with agricultural problems and human diseases. As a result, developing an effective detection procedure is of substantial importance. In this paper, we review recent research advances in the structure characteristics of ergot alkaloids and their sample pretreatment methods as well as detection methods including clorimetry, thin layer chromatography, high performance liquid chromatography, enzyme-linked immunosorbent assay, and some modern detection methods such as GC-MS, LC/ESI-MS/MS, high performance capillary zone electrophoresis and near infrared spectroscopy.
