摘要: 近年来,植物生长调节剂在果蔬生产中的使用越来越多,随着人们对其残留危害的日益关注,痕量植物生长调节剂残留的分析技术也在不断发展。文中概述了国内外检测果蔬中植物生长调节剂残留的主要分析方法及其优缺点,包括气相色谱(GC)、高效液相色谱(HPLC)、质谱联用技术、酶联免疫吸附测定(ELISA)、毛细管电泳(CE)及其他分析法,并对其发展趋势进行了展望。

Abstract: In recent years, plant growth regulators are widely used in agricultural products. As the toxicity of plant growth regulator residues has gained increasing concerns, trace analysis methods for plant growth regulators have been developed. In this paper, the major methods with advantages and disadvantages for the analysis of plant growth regulator residues in fruits and vegetables are summarized, including gas chromatography (GC), high performance liquid chromatography (HPLC), chromatographic technique combined with mass spectrometry, enzyme-linked immunosorbent assay (ELISA), capillary electrophoresis (CE) and so on. Meanwhile, the development prospects are also discussed.
