阿维菌素和高效氯氰菊酯在火龙果中的残留及消解动态

Residues and Dissipation Dynamics of Abamectin and β-Cypermethrin in Pitaya (Hylocereus undatus) Fruit

摘要: 研究5.2%阿维菌素/高效氯氰菊酯(β-cypermethrin,β-CP)乳油(emulsifiable concentrate,EC)在火龙果(Hylocereus undatus)中的残留及消解动态。样品经丙酮提取,净化浓缩处理后,分别采用高效液相色谱和气相色谱检测阿维菌素和β-CP在火龙果中的残留量。阿维菌素和β-CP的检出限分别为0.002 ng/μL和0.02 ng/μL,定量限分别为0.005 mg/kg和0.1 mg/kg,添加回收率分别为93.8%~97.2%和94.0%~99.2%,相对标准偏差均小于9.4%。5.2%阿维菌素/β-CP EC以推荐使用剂量46.8 g/hm2在火龙果上施用,阿维菌素和β-CP在火龙果中的残留消解动态均符合一级动力学方程,半衰期分别为2.76~4.20 d和3.09~6.08 d,最终残留最低值阿维菌素和β-CP分别为<0.005 mg/kg和<0.1 mg/kg,最高值分别为0.009 mg/kg和0.13 mg/kg。结果表明:5.2%阿维菌素/β-CP EC属易降解农药,安全间隔期为14 d,推荐用于防治害虫安全性高。本研究为阿维菌素和β-CP在热带水果类农作物中的安全性评估和使用提供基础数据和指导。

Abstract: In order to examine the residual levels and dissipation dynamics of abamectin and β-cypermethrin (β-CP) in pitaya fruit, the fruit were sprayed with 5.2% abamectin-β-CP emulsifiable concentrate (EC) at a recommended dose of 46.8 g/hm2 at different times before harvest. The two insecticides were extracted from the fruit samples using acetone, purified and then concentrated prior to analysis. Abamectin was detected by reversed-phase high performance liquid chromatography while β-CP by gas chromatography. The limits of detection (LODs) were 0.002 and 0.02 ng/μL, and the limits of quantification (LOQs) 0.005 and 0.1 mg/kg for abamectin and β-CP, respectively. The spiked recoveries ranged from 93.8% to 97.2% for abamectin and from 94.0% to 99.2% for β-CP with relative standard deviations (RSDs) less than 9.4%. The dissipation dynamics of abamectin and β-CP sprayed on pitaya fruit was fitted to a first-order kinetic model, and their half-lives were 2.76–4.20 and 3.09–6.08 d, respectively. The final minimum residue values of abamectin and β-CP were < 0.005 and < 0.1 mg/kg, respectively, and the maximum residue values 0.009 and 0.13 mg/kg, respectively. The results showed that the abamectin-β-CP EC could be fast degraded and the pre-harvest interval (PHI) was 14 d, so that it could be recommended for safe pest management. The present study provides basic data and a useful guidance for the use and safety evaluation of abamectin and β-CP on tropical fruits.
