Research Progress of Chemical Components in Monofloral Honey

Abstract: Because of various pharmacological activities, chemical components in honey are being extensively studied. In this paper, chemical components including saccharides, flavonoids and phenolic acids in monofloral honey have been systematically summarized, which will provide the references for identifying geographic origins and species of honey, improving the quality of honey and ensuring food safety.
