Abstract: In this study, sequential window acquisition of all theoretical fragment ions (SWATH)-based proteomics was established for relative quantitation of proteins by ultra-high performance liquid chromatography coupled to quadrupole time of flight (UPLC-Q TOF) mass spectrometry. Chemometric tools were used to discover protein biomarkers for discrimination of wild and farmed Fenneropenaeus chinensis. The result showed that wild and farmed F. chinensis could be well discriminated through the protein biomarkers. This study may provide technical support for discrimination of wild and farmed F. chinensis.
