Study on the Preservation of Agaricus bisporus

Abstract: A method for preserving Agaricus bisporus is reported. By praying chlorocholine chloride(CCC) 12 hours before picking, Agaricus bisporus can be preserved 4 - 5 days at 2 -5℃ . Indexes of plant physiology and biochemistry are determined. The results showel that this is a useful method.
