In mixtrophic growth of S. platensis, when HCO3- concentration was low(e. g. 0. 05mol/L), organic by -- products prepuced by preferential assimilation of glucose would play an inhibitory role in its growth.When HCO3 - concentration was high(e. g. 0. 2mol/L), inhibitory role would be alleviated. As long as algal seed was not contaminated, 0. 05mol/L HCO3-could be used for S. platensis cultivation without influencing its growth under autotrophic growth condition in closed photobioreactor.

Wt. regUlating agent and initiator were studied respectively, and Tg of PVAC resins with vchous mol. wt. were al8o determined. The Tg is increased with the increase of mol. Wt. of PVAC resin.

The predominant components include CinKgoLide A. B. C. M. J and bilobalide. They can resist PAF and prevent myocardium and brain from nicking blood and oxygen. Therefore, they can be made up into a kind of natural, specific health care food for preventing coronary heart disease and cerebral thrombosis. Ginkgo biloba terpene Lactones were determined qualitatively by TLC, quantitatirely by HPLC, or analysed by GC qualitatirely and quatitatirely.

A method for preserving Agaricus bisporus is reported. By praying chlorocholine chloride(CCC) 12 hours before picking, Agaricus bisporus can be preserved 4 - 5 days at 2 -5℃ . Indexes of plant physiology and biochemistry are determined. The results showel that this is a useful method.
