Abstract:  To establish a HPLC method for determining oligosacharides.Chromatographic conditions were:Column:Spherisorb NH25μ(4.60×150mm); mobile phase:Column:Spherisorb NH25μ(4060×150mm); mobile phase: acetonitrile: water(73:27) flow rate:1.0ml/min. detected with differential refractometer. This method is rapid, simple accurate.
