A Comprehensive Review of Tea Biotechnology

Abstract: In this paper,the concept of tea biotechnology and the application of biotechnology such as enzyme engineering,cell engineering,genetic engineering and fermentation engineering in tea were studied. Then based on these,the fields to be turther were suggested.
