Abstract: The methods of using the organic solvent depositing and different chromatographic columns such as Silica gel column,Polyamide column,Sephadex G－ 25 column to isolate and purify the soyasaponin and isoflavone from methanol extracts from soybean germ wrer studied.Furthermore,the results of these methods were compared.
