Study on the Comprehensive Utilization of Wild Peach in Xizhang According to Its Characteristics

Abstract: After surveying the distribution of the wild peach in Xizhang and analyzing the processing charcter-istics of the fruit of the wild peach, a processing plan of wild peach was put forward according to the fruit characteristics and the consuming habits of local inhabitant. Some products with local feature such as Juice of wild peach in Xizhang", Preserved fruit of the wild peach in Xizhang" and"Six Mixed teas of the wild peach in Xizhang" were procesed.
