Abstract: Using wheat germas material andappl ying supercritical fluid extractio n technology,this paper studied the effectofdifferentpre -treatmentc onditions ontheextractionofnatur alvitaminEinwheatgerm.Theresult s showedthat the optimumpre -treatment conditio ns of SFE -CO2 of vitamin Ein wheat germwere5.1%of mosture and30mesh of particle size.
