Clarification Study on the Removing Method for Non-biological Precipitate of Thick Wine

Abstract: The removing method for non-biological precipitate of thick wine by enzymatic diatomaceous earth bentonite polyvinylpy rrolidone or food gelatin was studied.The results indicated that the filtering effect was very good by combining diatomaceous earth with polyvingylpolyrr-olidone or food gelatin with polyvinylpolyrrolidone.
